We offer free express worldwide shipping on all orders over $300USD. We ship globally from Sydney, Australia using DHL Express.

DUTIES & TAXES
Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination and itemized on the order summary page. We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are paid at the time of purchase and there will be no surprises or hidden fees when your order arrives at your destination. Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

PROCESSING TIME
Your order will be dispatched the same business day if placed before 1pm AEST or the next business day if placed after 1pm AEST.

During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.

Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorized person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection center for you to collect.

POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. For rural areas there may be further delays to our delivery timeframes. Please contact us at ceo@uacnc.com if you would like further information or assistance with delivery timeframes.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your order via our shipping confirmation email or from your online SIR account. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly at ceo@uacnc.com.

CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away by clicking here. We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been processed by our team, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake.

GIFT WRAPPING & MESSAGE
SIR. offers signature gift wrapping at checkout which can be added to your order for $10 AUD. Wrapping includes a signature SIR. gift box, tissue paper, SIR. sticker wrapped in a ribbon and a personal note can also be added on a handwritten printed SIR. card.

If you require presents to be separately wrapped we require you to place separate orders.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING
Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped. 

For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. No additional postage charged will be incurred in these circumstances.
